I am in-network with Premera & LifeWise, and out-of-network with all other providers. If I am out-of-network with your provider, I can provide monthly statements to submit for possible reimbursement. Please note that I do not directly bill insurance for couple therapy (Z63.0 - Problems in Relationship with Spouse or Partner) because it is considered a non-medical diagnosis that most insurance plans do not cover. Please contact your provider about your benefits prior to engaging in therapy.
